On International Women’s Day, I treated myself to a TEDx Talks YouTube video, where I was mesmerized by the magnetism of Caroline McHugh. Wow!
This “founder and CEO of IDOLOGY pioneered a movement dedicated to helping individuals and organizations be fully deployed, original versions of themselves; not pale imitations of each other.”
After listening to her keynote address, I’m hooked on the idea that, if her message is good enough for “leaders and organizations,” it has to be great for me. And for all women. And, indeed, for everyone. Check out her video, and I think you’ll agree.
I intend to embrace the idea. How about you? Will you join me, and become the original version of yourself?
